Description

We are looking to hire an experienced KG Manager for a reputable nursery located in Al Ain. The KG Manager will oversee the daily operations, academic programs, and overall nursery management. This role requires a passionate and skilled leader who can ensure a nurturing and safe learning environment, maintain high standards of care, and manage a dynamic team of educators. The KG Manager will collaborate with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional educational experience that supports the developmental needs of young learners.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of educators and staff to maintain high-quality early childhood education practices.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum that meets the individual needs of children.
  • Monitor teaching and learning practices, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in early years education.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, fostering open communication and engagement in their children’s educational journey.
  • Work closely with external authorities and professionals to enhance the nursery’s standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Promote an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment for children, focusing on their physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being.
  • Plan and implement staff training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, staff performance, and operational activities for reporting and evaluation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold policies that protect the welfare of children and staff.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager in the UAE, with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of international early childhood education standards and practices.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Native English-speaking candidates are preferred; female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula that support children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of modern pedagogy, early years frameworks, and contemporary teaching strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators and support staff.
  • Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations and compliance requirements in early years settings.
  • Proficiency in managing nursery operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and staff development.
  • A valid teaching license or relevant certification recognized in the UAE.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
