Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse for Home Care to join one of our clients based in Al Ain. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, assisting with both short-term and long-term care plans. This role involves the coordination of patient assessments, treatment administration, and support to ensure patients receive the best care possible in a home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Health Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions and develop care plans in consultation with physicians.
- Treatment Management: Monitor and manage patient treatments and therapies, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment regimens.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on disease management, medication usage, and post-treatment care to improve health outcomes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided, patient progress, and any changes in health status.
- Emergency Care: Respond promptly to emergency medical situations and provide first aid or CPR when required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, physical therapists, and social workers, to provide coordinated care.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Report changes in patient conditions to the physician and adjust care plans as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure that all nursing practices are in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Family Support: Provide support to families of patients, including guidance on caregiving and addressing any concerns related to the patient’s care.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid nursing license in the UAE.

- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience, with a preference for home care or community-based nursing.
- Experience in managing chronic conditions, elderly care, and post-surgical recovery is a plus.

- Skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of home healthcare procedures, including medical equipment handling.
- Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in patient care.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus.
