REAP is currently hiring an experienced Nail Technician for a Luxury Home Beauty Spa in Al Ain, UAE. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in nail care and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications, nail extensions, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Consult with clients to understand preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and suggest enhancements based on nail condition and style trends.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary tools and products.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining records of product usage.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, professional, and relaxing experience for every client.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall guest experience.
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations to continuously improve service quality.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as a Nail Technician in a professional spa or salon environment.
• Certification in nail technology or related field (preferred).
• Strong technical proficiency in gel nails, acrylic nails, nail extensions, and nail art.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-service environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid work permit and eligibility to work in the UAE (visa sponsorship provided).
• Access to reliable transportation or willingness to reside in provided accommodation.
