We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in UAE construction projects for one of our high class construction clients in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing projects from initiation to completion (A–Z), ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and full compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to handover
• Conduct effective site supervision and daily operations management
• Execute projects in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures
• Manage residential and commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety regulations
• Prepare reports, updates, and progress tracking documentation
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE construction industry
• Proven experience handling projects from A to Z
• Strong expertise in: Site Supervision, Project Execution, Quality Control, Project Management
• Experience in residential and commercial projects
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety standards
• Ability to deliver projects on time with high quality
