Job Description

We are looking to hire a professional and polished Hotel / Front Desk Receptionist for one of our top end clients in Al Ain. This role will play a key part in ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, guests, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Offer refreshments and maintain a comfortable environment for clients during meetings and property showings.
• Answer and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings for brokers, agents, and management staff.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist the administrative team with various tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with agents and brokers to ensure property listings and promotional materials are up-to-date.
• Ensure that the reception area adheres to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a hospitality or high-end retail environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software or CRM systems.
• Attention to detail, particularly in maintaining office standards.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
