JOB DESCRIPTION — ARABIC RECEPTIONIST URGENT HIRING Position: Arabic Receptionist Vacancies: 2 Gender: Female Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: High-Luxury Resort Hotel Salary: AED 1,500 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are urgently hiring 2 Female Arabic Receptionists for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The ideal candidates will provide professional front-desk and guest-service support while maintaining the high standards of presentation, communication, and hospitality expected within a luxury resort environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner. Manage front-desk enquiries, calls, and guest requests. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures when required. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services. Coordinate guest requests with relevant hotel departments. Maintain accurate reception records and documentation. Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area. Deliver high-quality guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards. Requirements Female candidates only. Arabic-speaking is mandatory. Good English communication skills. Previous experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Agent preferred. Hotel or resort experience is strongly preferred. Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and front-office system knowledge. Ability to communicate confidently with guests. Flexible to work shifts according to hotel requirements. Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
