Responsibilities Prepare and cook different types of parathas according to recipes and customer requirements. Prepare dough, fillings, and other ingredients. Roll, shape, and cook parathas properly. Maintain consistency in taste, size, and quality. Keep the kitchen and cooking area clean and hygienic. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage. Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy hours. Clean and maintain cooking equipment and utensils. Requirements Previous experience as a Paratha Maker, Roti Maker, or similar role. Good knowledge of dough preparation and paratha-making techniques. Ability to prepare plain and stuffed parathas. Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Good teamwork and communication skills.
