Properly store ingredients and finished products. Assist with new sweets recipes and menu development. Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage. Requirements Previous experience as a Mithai Maker/Sweet Maker. Good knowledge of traditional sweets and desserts. Strong attention to quality and presentation.
