The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, generating new leads, conducting property viewings, and building strong client relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with a strong understanding of the real estate market. Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through calls, social media, networking, and other channels. Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful transactions. Maintain updated records of clients, leads, property listings, and sales activities. Stay informed about current property prices, market trends, and new developments. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Previous experience in real estate, property sales, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills. Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property trends. Presentable, confident, and professional personality. Ability to generate leads and work independently. Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals. Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms.
