Job Title: Fmale Physiatrists / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians with DOH URGENT HIRING Location: Al Ain, UAE Gender: Female only Arabs Salary: AED 25,000 per month License: Valid DOH License – Mandatory Specialty: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) / Physiatry Work Setting: Home Rehabilitation Job Summary We are urgently seeking a qualified and compassionate Fmale Physiatrists / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians with DOH to provide specialist medical care within a home rehabilitation Healthcare in Al Ain. The successful candidate will assess patients with physical disabilities, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to improve patients’ functional independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical and functional assessments of rehabilitation patients. Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, neurological, and physical rehabilitation conditions. Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs. Monitor patient progress and modify rehabilitation plans where required. Manage pain, mobility limitations, functional impairment, and disability-related conditions. Provide medical oversight for patients receiving rehabilitation services at home. Coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Establish rehabilitation goals and ensure continuity of patient care. Educate patients and family members regarding rehabilitation plans, recovery expectations, and ongoing care. Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation. Ensure clinical practices comply with DOH requirements and applicable UAE healthcare standards. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical reviews. Identify complications or changes in patients' conditions and arrange appropriate medical intervention or referral. Requirements Medical degree from a recognized institution. Specialist/Consultant qualification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) / Physiatry. Valid DOH license is mandatory. Female candidate required. Relevant experience as a Physiatrist / PM&R Physician. Experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or home healthcare is preferred. Strong knowledge of neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Ability to develop and oversee comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and patient-management skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams. Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
