The nurse will support the patient's daily care needs, mobility, medication routine, personal wellbeing, and safety while maintaining dignity, comfort, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily nursing and personal care to the patient. Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and daily activities as required. Support the patient with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and other care needs. Administer or assist with prescribed medications according to medical instructions. Monitor the patient's general condition and report any significant changes to the family or treating healthcare professional. Support safe movement and implement fall-prevention measures. Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines as required. Accompany the patient to medical appointments when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the patient. Physically capable of assisting with patient mobility where required. Patient, compassionate, responsible, and trustworthy. Good communication and observation skills.
