Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist / Gym Receptionist to join a Wellness & Fitness Services / Health Club facility in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for members, guests, and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage front desk operations, bookings, appointments, and client enquiries.
• Handle opening and closing preparations.
• Maintain accurate client records and tracking.
• Manage and update bookings through online platforms such as Mindbody.
• Handle basic administrative and computer-related tasks.
• Prepare drinks for clients, if required.

Requirements

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Mindbody or similar booking platforms is an advantage, but willingness to learn is acceptable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage bookings, records, and daily administrative tasks accurately.
• Barista experience or willingness to prepare drinks is preferred and may qualify for an additional AED 500–700.

Preferred Nationality: Filipino; Location: Al Ain, UAE; Employment Type: Full-Time; Working Hours: 9 hours per day on a split-shift schedule: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM and 3:00 PM–8:00 PM; Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
